Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

ob Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for sales one territory /thana under a area/zone
  • Plan to achieve sales target in his territory with the support from dealer /channel
  • Supervise the dealer/retailers in his zone
  • Plan to create more field DSR as fixed or commission basis for Dealer/channels
  • Report to area manager & as well as regional manager if needed
  • Support & help to implement sales through retailers under his territory
  • Maintain the buffer stock of the dealers/retailers
  • Plan to make the dealer/channel point viable
  • Regular visit to the direct dealer point /retail point etc
  • Informed retailers about the product and campaign information of the company as regular basis.
  • Maintain daily activity report to Area manager via electronic way
  • Prepare & submit weekly rout/visit & sales achievement plan to area manager
  • Attend weekly meeting with the presents of area manager, RSM & submit report of last week performance
  • Success the plan given by the dealer/retailer for any fair/campaign & even any unconventional activity

  • Minimum 1 year(s)
