- Coordinate all office activities of MD.
- Prepare note about the day to day works of the MD.
- Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments.
- Organize and preserve paper and files, and distribute information through the use of telephones, e-mail etc.
- Handle travel arrangements.
- Establish and maintain secretarial practices.
- Work well under pressure.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
O level/ A level & Bachelors/ Masters from any recognized university.
