Job Description / Responsibility
- Undertake tasks associated with computer systems/hardware technical support.
- Undertake tasks associated with computer networks technical support.
- Undertake tasks associated with software installation, maintenance and support.
- Provide advice to all kind of users.
- Undertake general help centre tasks, including problem solving and providing operational advice to users.
- Conceptual, analytical and creative skills including the ability to identify relevant issues and priorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team of computer professionals and under the supervision & instruction of IT In-charge.
- Ability to travel “outside workstation” for users IT support related issue.
Diploma in Computer Science
