Sales Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Answer customers on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms and condition.
• Frequent outdoor visit to the customer and project, Site.
• Ability to make relationship for prospect collection.
• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities and be result oriented.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Customer and Prospects profile Development
• Creating proposals, presentations and running product demonstrations
• Travelling to farms
• Communicating to farmers in person, via phone and physically.
• Answering technical questions about products.
• Demonstrating the use of products or equipment
• Conducting field days to demonstrate trials on farms
• Taking and processing orders
• Must be intensive to do intensive cold calling and customer visit.
• The scope and focus of activities will be clarified through quarterly goal setting meetings with the Marketing Officer.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.

Educational Requirements

Graduation from any reputed institution.(Preferred in Marketing)

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 23 to 32 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• 2-3yrs marketing and sales experience in a similar capacity
• Preference will be given to those with Agro Industries related sales experience
• Good communication, customer service and writing skills.
• Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should have capability to recruit distributor and handle farmers under the distributor. Computer literacy.
• Willing to work anywhere in the country as per requirement of the company.
