Floor Supervisor (House Keeping)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Conducts inspection of guest rooms and / or designated areas.
• Provides support to front line personnel so they can deliver the highest level of guest service possible.
• Ensures that the hotel’s standards are maintained.
• Conducts training and retraining of front line personnel as required.
• Ensures that safety & security standards are maintained.
• Performs other duties delegated by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Generates and follows up on Maintenance work orders is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power outages, and bomb threat.
• Maintain Lost & Found.
• Maintain log book.

Educational Requirements

HSC or Equivalents

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hotels/Rosorts

Additional Job Requirements

At least 2 years work experience as floor supervisor in 4/5 star hotel.

Salary Range

• Negotiable
