Additional Job Requirements
- Knowledge of wired and wireless LAN and Internet connectivity
products (hubs, switches, routers, firewalls) and their installation
and configuration
- Strong knowledge of deployment and support for
Microsoft Windows client and server networking and Office software
technologies (three most recent versions)
- Computer Inventory Management System/Database
- Ability to troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software problems individually.
- Windows Networking, Windows 2000/2003
- Experience in deploying and using server and client based anti-virus protection strategies.
- Strong user proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite in a networked environment
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP
- Have experience with LAN. WAN Support.
- Good interpersonal skills.
